Travel Plans

A Travel Plan is a package of measures tailored to the needs of an organisation and is aimed at promoting greener, cleaner travel choices to staff, visitors and customers alike, thereby reducing reliance on the private car.

Although the implementation of a Travel Plan is often a condition of the planning consent for a new development, Travel Planning measures have also been implemented at a range of existing sites to support staff and customers in their use of more sustainable means of transport in an attempt to reduce traffic congestion.
