Stakeholder consultation has become a cornerstone in the development and evaluation of transport policies and strategies. Done well, it ensures that all stakeholders have an opportunity to influence the planning process, and it can create a feeling of scheme ownership among the local population.
Public and stakeholder consultation is a major strand of TTR work. We have extensive experience in consultation using one-to-one interviews, hall events, focus groups and quantitative market research surveys. Our consultation work ranges from strategic planning assignments to more localised schemes. We regularly undertake consultation with a variety of stakeholder groups.
