| David Blackledge, Chairman and Director of European Affairs and one of the founders of TTR, is a transport economist with over 30 years experience in transport planning and economics in both public and private sectors. He is known for his ability at managing, and has directed and managed many UK and European projects covering a broad range of topics. | |

Kieran Holmes, Executive Director has more than 25 years experience in the transport industry including corporate and strategic planning work. He is a specialist in IT systems in transport and has a strong background in project management and business needs analysis. |

Philip Barham , Senior Associate has been with TTR for 5 years, his main specialisation is in transport for disabled people, mainly in the area of public transport, but also including human factors in the automotive environment, Phil also has a particular interest in older driver issues. |

Chris Douglas, Senior Associate
is a freight specialist with over 13 years' experience in operational, advisory and consultancy roles, in his previous position he was Programme Manager of Freight Best Practice, on behalf of the Department for Transport. His particular project interests include local HGV overnight parking studies, Freight Quality Partnerships (FQPs) and fuel management programmes for operators. |

Tom Parker, Associate has over ten years consultancy experience with the focus of much of his work being in the development and evaluation of policies or technologies aimed at influencing travel behaviour and promoting more sustainable modes. Tom Parker is Office Manager for the TTR Bristol Office. |

Sarah Clifford, Associate has ten years of experience working in the field of sustainable transport and travel planning, starting with the development of one of the first Travel Plans in the UK in 1997. She also has extensive project management experience, including management of a number of European transport research projects. Sarah is also a Director on the Board of the Association of Commuter Transport (ACT). Sarah Clifford is Office Manager for the TTR London Office. |

Mike Freeman, Associate has over 15 years experience in transport consultancy and is an accredited project management professional. Mike joined TTR in 2004 having worked at TRL for over 12 years. He has successfully delivered projects for the Department for Transport, Highways Agency, Rail Safety & Standards Board and various Local Authorities. His experience encompasses the fields of Driver Behaviour, Signing, Evaluation, Intelligent Transport Systems, Road Safety, Traffic Management and Sustainable Transport |

Philip Oxley, Special Advisor has been with TTR for over 5 years on an ad hoc basis providing assistance when and where needed. Philip has been at the forefront of research into the mobility needs of people who are elderly or who have disabilities for nearly 30 years, and is now one of the leading authorities in the field. |
